Cancellation Policy
7 day cancellation policy. If a guest’s reservation(s) is(are) cancelled PRIOR to 7 days of their arrival date, the guest will receive a full refund of the advance deposit. If a guest cancels WITHIN those 7 days prior to the arrival date, the advance deposit will not be refunded.
Off-Season ONLY
24 hour Cancellation Policy. In the OFF SEASON ONLY a guest has until 24 hours to cancel with no fees, after 24 hours a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
